Cliches of playing games

Playing games has no place in honest people lives; but honest people sometimes have to encounter with different types of players in their lives. Players almost use more or less the same cliches but in different forms; for example when a person with PhD uses the same cliche that a teenager uses, it will be very tasteless, ridiculous and even appalling. There is one important point to consider: it is not the strength of the players that makes these games possible; in fact it is the weakness of the victims that usually are naive and desperate and let to being played on!

What is art?

There has been, and still is, lots of debates about the description of art and how it is received by the viewers. According to Tolstoy, art in our society has been so perverted that not only has bad art come to be considered good art, but also the perception of real art has been lost. If we look at some postmodernist art that are highly overvalued and has been used more for commercial purpose than connecting with the audience we can accept this theory. There has been written lots of books, articles, essays; there are lots of theories that students are obliged to read at the university and write sometimes meaningless essays in order to pass the course...sometimes one wonders how much time, energy, etc has been consumed to make these more complicated, where as the nature is art and no one can deny that all pieces of nature are the highest form of art; for example one single autumn leaf is a masterpiece and definitely it is the art that no classic, modern, postmodern, etc works can compete with.

Sound of Nature

Any aspect of the Nature has its own specific beauty that gives the viewers enormous pleasure to observe and hear it. Waterfall is one of them; when you pass a small waterfall and stop to watch and listen to its sound, it gives you a unique experience, so relaxing and elevating that makes your routine life more beautiful and brings some meaning to your life.

when you own your home

There are many elements involved in enjoying the peace of mind; one of them is to own the place you are living. It has many responsibilities that sometimes it is not easy, but you are in control; there is no rent and there is no one to ask you to leave or etc; it has the strong psychological impact on our daily routines; it also affects our attitudes. Other main elements are health, nice family and a job that you are ready to do it unpaid!

Trust

The feeling of being trusted is like the feeling of being wanted, being respected; it is an element of happy life and also there is an old saying about the trust that compares it to a vase...once it is broken, though you can fix the vase, but it cannot be the same...and there is another saying that without trust, it is nothing and we have to build the trust, though sometimes you have pay the price.

Natural home

Few people are aware of all the chemicals that exist in our homes. There are harmful substances nearly everywhere, in the materials which are used to finish our floors (even natural stone and real woods floors), the paint on the walls, the materials in the rugs and the mattresses. It is almost impossible to create a real natural home. According to many studies, indoor pollutions are higher than outdoors. Most of our furnitures are treated with formaldehyde that can emit fumes for as long as five years; so the whole wood or glass furniture is much better. Polyurethane foam in the furnitures can cause bronchitis and sever health problems. Polyurethane resin is seamless and water resistant and it has been widely used in the floors and modern interiors. Synthetics fabrics are made with chemicals and should be avoided; natural cottons are better materials. Organic cotton mattress with a natural latex core is much better than those mattresses that are made from plastic foam products and polyesters. Toxic gases from synthetic carpets have been the substantial cause of many indoor pollutions, because those carpets are made from petroleum derived plastic fibers that can cause chronic bronchitis, ulcers, skin diseases and liver dysfunction.

It is almost impossible to build a really natural home, but it is possible to reduce chemicals at home and enjoy a natural and healthy home. as Erasmus said: "Prevention is better than cure."

Mother, hope

Thank you very much my dearest mother for planting hope in my heart and my brain; despite encountering different types of unpleasant events, I am still full of hopes.
I have had a very bad experience in the place that I had recently visited and stayed for a period of time. How everything has changed from the bad to the worst possible!! Unbelievable in the name of religion, they justify lies, deceptions and all the dirty tricks...dead spirits, moving corpses...how politics can change people! I always dislike politics; because it has nothing to do with my honest world; there are lots of dirty complications in politics that I never understand.

Mother,my dearest mother, your beautiful smile, your love for all the innocent children, your admiration for the women with character and high self esteem, your respect for the genuine men with understanding, your strong belief in the principles, and your emphasis on the charming and happy life...all made me not to loose what you cherished the most: HOPE.

To separate from apparently inseparables

It was in the news that a teenager sold his kidney to buy the latest laptop!! He could separate from his kidney, but he could not separate from his laptop!! Anyone who wants to live a natural life, should try a separation period from laptop, mobile, TV and etc in order to avoid addiction. Feel free like a bird and try separation period, even for one day.

A witty joke

Patient: "Doctor, are you sure I'm suffering from pneumonia? I've heard once about a doctor treating someone with pneumonia but finally he died of typhus."
Doctor: "Don't worry, trust me, it won't happen to me. If I treat someone with pneumonia he will die of pneumonia!"

Natural and healthy foods

Natural foods are the best for our health and we should avoid the processed foods that have been added hormones, additives, preservativesand unnatural genetic materials or gone through chemical or heat treatments that destroy

the natural and healthy enzymes, vitamins and minerals. Some common processed foods such as margarine, artificial sweetners, canned foods, cereal, soft drinks, fast food, sausages and frozen foods have been changed from its raw status and sometimes contains genetically modified organisms that are harmful for our health. Always read the labels of the products that you are going to buy and remember that nothing can replace the natural, healthy and fresh foods.

wise enemy or stupid friend?

Which one is worse?
A wise enemy or a stupid friend?!
According to many proverbs and sayings from
different countries and cultures, a wise enemy
is better than a stupid friend. Also there is
another proverb: a stupid person is his or
her own greatest enemy; and how true is
this! No doubt, an honest, true and wise
friend is a blessing.

Looking with the glass eyes

One can be like a wind-up doll
and look at the world with eyes of glass,
one can lie for years in lace and tinsel
a body stuffed with straw
inside a felt-lined box,
and at every lustful touch
for no reason at all
one can give out a cry
"Ah, so happy am I !"

Natural laugh

Natural laughter that is pure and has nothing artificial
and also comes from the true and positive feelings,
causes a natural boost of feel good endorphins,
which give us a more optimistic outlook.
On the contrary, the forced laugh that is
usually rooted in the stressful experiences,
increases the stress hormone levels and
has negative effects on the others too.
It explains why we love to see and hear
children laughing.
