There is a misconception that caring for ourselves is a type of selfishness; but it is not true. We should all care for our mind, body and spirit. We should care about our health, our intellect, our feeling. Usually those who care for themselves are happier and as a result have respect for others too.

Natural colors in the food


We can include lots of naturally colorful ingredient in our homemade foods. The processed foods usually are colored with the synthetic and artificial colors that are chemical dyes and very harmful.
Artificial colors may make food looks pretty but should be avoided.

Each thought, each emotion and each action


Each thought, each emotion and each action that we perform changes us. According to the researchers, there are approximately 100 billion neurons in our brain with more than 100 trillion connections among them and each act or feeling changes the connection, strengthen or weaken them.
It is fascinating how this valuable organ works and it is sad that some people instead of cherishing it, fill it with garbage!

Simply home made

Making different types of yogurts, pickles and breads at our own kitchen is unbelievably easy and healthy and it takes maximum 70 minutes of our time; it is full of funs and a money saving experience. We can listen to our favorite music while cooking and make the process more enjoyable.
