What is "Travel Box"?  It is a good idea that we create a small box at our house and call it a travel box. Whenever we are tempted to buy things that we don't really need them, instead of buying those things, write the exact price on a special piece of paper that is designed for our travel box and put it inside the box. Then depending on our travel routines, monthly, quarterly or yearly open the box and calculate how much we have saved and then allocate that amount for traveling and visiting the places that we haven't visited yet. Bon voyage!

For those who love to visit museums and cultural centers, three cities in Northern America is a must to visit. In Chicago, Montreal and New York you can find lots of these galleries, museums and cultural centers. Montreal Museum of Fine Arts has a rare collection of Napoleon personal belongings, you can find beautiful collections in the Art Institute of Chicago, and Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York has some breathtaking collections and finally there are lots of museums and galleries in the Fifth Avenue for the visitors to explore. The collections in Brooklyn Museum are amazing, both classic and modern. The current exhibition by Stephen Powers is really powerful.

When unpleasant events have pleasant outcome

Sometimes an unpleasant thing result in a positive happening. For example, you move out from a house because of the indecent neighbors and their disturbances then you enjoy the result in such a way that you may wish you had done it earlier. In other words, a misfortune may turn into a good luck!

The items we never use

Only when we want to move out we find out many items that we have never used since the last move in. We have just spent time and energy for packing and carrying these items from one location to another location. Some of them could have some memorable moments with them that is not easy to depart, but lots of them can be sold, donated or just thrown away.

These classic houses in the south of France are mainly built with natural stones. These natural stones are very durable and beautiful. It is healthy to live in a house like this because there is no chemicals and very quite inside and also warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

These pastries especially when they are traditionally made with organic and natural ingredients are hard to resist.

Sea breeze on the face

It is so pleasant to be able to wake up in the morning and to feel the sea breeze on the face, to hear the singing of the free nightingales in the garden, to smell the scent of flowers in the room and no wireless, no smart phone, no electronic devices,...in the room.

When we search a word in any search engine, the first or the second result that appears will be the information provided by Wikipedia. But we should be cautious because anyone, absolutely anyone can edit any Wikipedia page and whatever he or she likes to add or delete! Easily anyone can ruin a character or praise him! Especially if they are paid. It is not a reliable source of information; usually it does not have a source or the source is not real, and it is made up. For any research we should look at different sources and use some common sense and not accept everything that we read online.

You were always your own boss and you never ever took orders from anyone. You were so kind and gentle. Sorry to see that your sons and grandchildren are so ungrateful, greedy and weak. I am always proud of you my dearest father and I am grateful for everything.

We can find lots of interesting movies in Italian cinema. Even the soap operas have special charm and some are funny and makes us laugh. Specially when its music is by Ennio Morricone it really worth to watch.

Spring is the season of freshness and renewal. We can hear the birds singing, smell the freshness of nature and feel the pleasant breeze. The first day of spring has been celebrated by Persians for thousands of years and despite the rises and falls, the celebrating and cherishing the spring has remained almost intact and the first day of spring is the beginning of a new year in Persian calendar. Last week it was in the news that a 13 years old girl had relationship with a university student by using the social media and finally was killed by him. To judge from her pictures, writing and her behavior, she had the intelligence of a 5 years old kid and the body of a 20 years old woman! According to the reports she was obsessed by the social media and regularly posted selfies and asked the visitors comments! If we look carefully it is not just that university student that killed her, but this unhealthy obsession with social media, the wrong role models created by fake so called celebrities that encourages these mindless behavior of posting ridiculous selfies, the inappropriate pressure of following the social media mania and also the lack of the right role models should be blamed.

According to the latest research, an average person staring at his or her phone 210 times per day; that works out to be once every 5.5 minutes of every hour that the average person is awake!

Smell of breads

Freshly baked breads with organic and healthy ingredients has an unforgettable aroma and is very healthy to eat. On the other hand, those breads baked with adding different unhealthy chemical and preservatives have a very unpleasant smell and should be avoided.

Home and privacy

Home without privacy is not home; without privacy, it would be just a building. These rental services such as house sharing rental for a short period of time, ruins the privacy of home. Last month in Barcelona, the residents of an apartment complex protested against one neighbor who used to rent out his studio apartment to different people for one or two days using house sharing websites. Even some people rent out a bed in a small studio apartment to a stranger while they live there too! It is either a financial hardship or greed that makes them to do it. Anyway they are sacrificing their comfort and privacy. Unfortunately it is growing and it gradually changes the concept of home, sweet home.

Attractiveness is not just about physical look and it is far more than that.Strong determination, health, energy, natural charm and confidence is very attractive both for male and female. On the other hand, weakness, lack of self control, greed and stupidity is repulsive.

An anonymous donor who went by the name "Santa B" spent more than $50,000 paying off shoppers layaway bills at a Pennsylvania store for those people who couldn't afford to pay the full amount and receive the things they were buying. Such a beautiful donation. Dearest Santa B, I wish you to have the most beautiful years ahead of you.
