It was in the news that a teenager sold his kidney to buy the latest laptop!! He could separate from his kidney, but he could not separate from his laptop!! Anyone who wants to live a natural life, should try a separation period from laptop, mobile, TV and etc in order to avoid addiction. Feel free like a bird and try separation period, even for one day.

Some common processed foods such as margarine, artificial sweetners, canned foods, cereal, soft drinks, fast food, sausages and frozen foods have been changed from its raw status and sometimes contains genetically modified organisms that are harmful for our health. Always read the labels of the products that you are going to buy and remember that nothing can replace the natural, healthy and fresh foods.
