We all have heard and read again and again that we should avoid salt because it canbe dangerous. But recently the scientists have found that low salt or sodium level in the body canbe more harmful than we previously thought. The best way is to be your own doctor and decide for yourselves; personally I add salt to my water after jogging and I feel much better after drinking the water that contains salt.
