Running for health

I doubt any exercise can beat running in improving our health in both mind and body. Twenty minutes of running at least three times a week can make a huge difference in our well being. Twenty minutes of running is more effective than even six hours of walking. Running makes us feel much better and makes us sharper with better functioning of our brain. It is also very good for our skin, after several months of regular running, we will see the difference, it will make the skin glowing and radiant without using the artificial make up. Of course, it should be with healthy eating too, by avoiding the processed foods and just eating fresh and home made foods.

Difference between high self-esteem and pride

There are lots of differences between high self-esteem and pride. A person with high self-esteem respects human dignity, as a result respects everyone including himself or herself; she or he does not consider herself or himself above others. But a proud person usually consider himself or herself better than others. No one, absolutely no one can humiliate a person with high self-esteem and of course, he or she never humiliates anyone, but sometimes a proud person can be easily humiliated. High self-esteem has deep roots, but pride is on the surface and can be easily ruined.

Unique beauty

Some places have a beautiful sight or aspect that is unique and distinguishes it from other places; some of these heartwarming sights that can have long-lasting positive impressions on anyone who is able to appreciate the beauty of it are as follows: Golden Gate bridge when it is partly covered in mist in San Francisco, the local shops and beach in Carmel, the butterflies and the ocean waves especially when they meet the beautiful rocks in Pacific Grove. I could post some photos but I did not because it does not do the justice and they are more dreamy than even the best photo can show.

One incident, dozens of views

Always there are dozens of different views about one single incident. By reading the comment sections on the news websites we can see how people perceive things differently. A recent example was in the chaos of the shooting incident, while every one was running to save their own life , one kind person helped a terrified blind man. In the comments about this, many readers praised his kindness, but there were also many opposite comments such as "the blind man was used as a human shield"! "they knew each other, no one does it to a stranger"; some readers gave comments about his appearance in the picture and so on. All shows how subjectively people see things, that person who mentioned "human shield" obviously is incapable to understand kindness and was searching for another motive for this action. We can find so many examples in different aspects of the life.

ups and downs in life

Life has its ups and downs. That is a reality; should not be proud in a good day and recognise the potential downs in the future and also not to loose hope in a bad day and be certain that the good luck is just around the corner. This attitude towards life clear the clouded mind and is helpful in making the right decisions at the right times.

beautiful colors

It is good not to judge or be judged by the skin color.
