Error in judgement


It is the highest form of self-respect
to admit our errors and mistakes and
make amend for them. To make a mistake is only
an error in judgement, but to adhere to it when
it is discovered shows infirmity of character.

    I have to live by this every single day as a teacher, continually putting my foot in it by ascribing a sarky comment to the wrong kid etc etc. That's my whole day ... sorry, sorry, sorry.
