Sometimes an unpleasant thing result in a positive happening. For example, you move out from a house because of the indecent neighbors and their disturbances then you enjoy the result in such a way that you may wish you had done it earlier. In other words, a misfortune may turn into a good luck!
Generally it's not a good idea to move because of a bad neighbour; bad neighbors are everywhere. We just have to learn to deal with them, not run away from them. But I said 'generally' - it depends on the circumstances.
