Natural and healthy foods

Natural foods are the best for our health and we should avoid the processed foods that have been added hormones, additives, preservativesand unnatural genetic materials or gone through chemical or heat treatments that destroy

the natural and healthy enzymes, vitamins and minerals. Some common processed foods such as margarine, artificial sweetners, canned foods, cereal, soft drinks, fast food, sausages and frozen foods have been changed from its raw status and sometimes contains genetically modified organisms that are harmful for our health. Always read the labels of the products that you are going to buy and remember that nothing can replace the natural, healthy and fresh foods.
